The Intel Pentium III Xeon is the successor of the Pentium III Xeon. In addition to faster clock speeds (500-933MHz) it added SSE and faster L2 Cache access. There are serveral versions:
80526 - Coppermine core 256k Cache ON die - 600-933MHz - 0.18u
80526 - 1-2MB Cache off die 700MHz Also had samples at 650MHz - 0.18u
80526 - 2MB off die 900MHz - 0.18u
----------------------------------- Core: Coppermine Cache: 2048k On/off die: Off ----------------------------------- This is a rare Engineering Sample The 650MHz part was NEVER released by Intel. They only released a 700MHz part.
